Local purchasing

Grocery availability and shelf pricing are determined by local retailers at the time of shopping. Requested products may be substituted or unavailable.

Delivery and access

Guests are responsible for accurate arrival, lodging, access, and contact information. Pre-arrival stocking depends on property access, weather, local conditions, and delivery availability.

Charges

The completed invoice includes purchased groceries, applicable service and delivery charges, processing fees, approved additions, and selected gratuity.
